Our professional 3-chip DV or HDV camera allows you to use professional matte-boxes and filters for complete image control. The HD-100 camera allows complete manual control of exposure and all functions for creative cinematography.

This camera shoots true 24 frame per second Progressive HDV, 30 frame per second Progressive HDV, Standard Definition 60 Interlaced DV, or true wide screen DV. Best of all, you get a true film look with many customized video setting to reduce detail enhancement, stretch or compress black, adjust knee and adjust Gamma. Removable lens allows use with 35mm lens adapters for better depth of field control.

Hiring our Director of Photography or Camera Operator includes the HD-100 High Definition Video camera, batteries, tripod, Miller fluid head, shotgun mic and basic Lowell 3000 watt, 2 Softlight Kit. The HD-100 1280 x 720 30 fps Progressive High Definition camera is only available with our Camera Operator or Director of Photography.

HighlyDef Producing 1 hour Urban Docudrama for DVD

Principal photography has started for "On Our Way Up"
a DVD docudrama for October 2004 release.
The violent
"growing up in the hood" reenactment docudrama will feature street hustlers and families in Zone 6 of Atlanta, an area with the highest
violent crime and robbery rate in past years.
